The item "List of plans" brings up a form for selecting plans for which the translation (translation) of the text is expected.
Items "Russian", "English", "User" - offer the user to select the "language" of the text translation of the current (active) plan. The procedure "Text translation of tables" does not translate user text (texts of directories and settings), for example, the name of products, currencies ...
The procedure is not carried out on the pages of "translit" and "directories".
