The main menu items "File"
☛ Please note, some earlier versions of Excel (e.g. 2007) the quick access toolbar may not display the navigation icons, in this case, to navigate the table, use the hotkey or menu item of "Content of tables".
The "File" menu (ribbon interface, Office 2007-2019):

The "File" menu (old interface of Office 2003):
Menu items:
- "Save" - saving all data of the open project
- "Create a copy ..." - create a backup in the "backup" folder or create a copy in the specified folder
- "Page Options ..." - call the standard dialog box
- "Preview" - call the standard dialog box
- "Printing the current sheet"
- "Print ..." - call the standard dialog box
- "Exit without saving"
- "Exit" - exit before saving all the data of the open project.
To call some of the menu items, you can use hotkeys. So, for
exit the program, you can use the shortcut key "Alt + F4" - output before the question is asked "do I need to save the project". However,
if you select "Exit without saving", the project will simply be closed.

- "Save the chart as ..." is a standard file saving dialog where you can select one of the formats:
- "Preview" - the standard dialog box
- "Print ..." - the standard dialog box
- "Exit"
