Before installing and using the program, please read the terms of the following license agreement. Any use of the program by you constitutes acceptance of its terms.

License agreement

for the use of the software product for preparing business plans in Word and Excel format "Budget-Plan Express" for Windows

1. General provisions

1.1. This License Agreement ("License") establishes the conditions for the use of a computer program for preparing business plans in Word and Excel format "Budget-Plan Express" ("Program") and is concluded between any person using the Program ("User"), and Licensor - the copyright holder of the exclusive right to the Program (copyright certificate No. 2020661950 dated October 5, 2020), as well as any legal entity representing the commercial and other interests of the Licensor (hereinafter referred to as the "Copyright Holder").
1.2. By copying the Program, installing it on your personal computer or using in any other way, the User agrees with all the terms of the License.
1.3. The exclusive right to the Program belongs to the Copyright Holder and is protected by the laws of the Russian Federation and international agreements on copyright.
1.4. The law of the Russian Federation applies to this License and all relations associated with the use of the Program, and any claims arising from this License must be considered in court at the location of the Copyright Holder.
1.5. The Rightholder may provide the User with a translation of this License from Russian into other languages, however, only the Russian-language version of the License has legal force.

2. License

2.1. For a fee or gratuitously, in the case of a partnership agreement with the User, under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) License, the User grants the User a non-transferable right to use the Program for the direct functional purpose specified in the user manual, as well as the right to all results obtained using Programs.
2.2. The User has the right to install and register the Program on one personal computer.
2.3. This License is single-user, "tied" to a computer, and is transferred to the User on the terms: "one license - one computer".

3. The terms of the License

The user is hereby notified and agrees that:
3.1. For the Program to work, the MS Excel program (any version from 2007 and above, in exceptional cases, under the terms of a special agreement - version 2003) with support for macros, as well as the corresponding version of MS Word for preparing reports and business plans is required.
3.2. This License entitles the User to an additional one-time installation and registration, in case of damage or replacement of a personal computer, within one year from the date of ownership of the Program.
3.3. When registering the Program, some parameters and identification names of the User's computer will (with reference to the User) be sent to the Copyright Holder and displayed in the user's personal account.
3.4. If the identification names of the computer are changed, the current License may be blocked by the Program - as invalid.
3.5. The time for installing and registering the Program is limited and is at least 15 days from the moment the User downloads the Program from the Copyright Holder's website or transfers the Program's installation file on optical media to the User.
3.6. If the User has not installed (registered) the Program within the specified period, it is necessary to download (receive) a new installer (or the Update file - Update) from the website of the Copyright Holder and register it within the specified period.

4. Conditions of registration License

The user is hereby notified and agrees that:
4.1. The User installs and registers the Program on his personal computer (s) independently.
4.2. The License registration number is generated by the Program at the time of registration, after which it can be read in the "About" module.
4.3. Until the moment of registration, the functionality of the Program is limited and becomes available only after registration.
4.4 To register the Program, it is required to enter a unique login and password, which the User receives when registering on the Copyright Holder's website or, in the absence of registration (for some versions of the Program), by email.
4.5. Registration of the Program, after its installation, is carried out from the Program module "General Settings" if there is an Internet connection, unless other terms of the License protection are confirmed.

5. Limitations

5.1. The user shall not modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt and perform any other actions with the object code of a Program aimed at obtaining information about realization of algorithms used in the Program.
5.2. The user may not reproduce, distribute the Software for commercial purposes, in part of collections of software products without the written consent of the copyright holder.
5.3. For the Program can be used the following names: «Budget-Plan Express» - full name, «BPlanExpress» - the abbreviated name in the designation of software applications, «BPE» - the abbreviation used in the text.
5.4. The software is provided "as is" and the Rightholder provides no warranties in relation to error free and smooth operation of the Program. The owner shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, or other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Program.
5.5. This License covers all future updates/new versions of software if updating/installing a new version of the Program is not accompanied with other license agreement.
